Terminal Alerts are used to communicate operational issues that have clear implications for customers, such as bad weather warnings, congestion at the port, changes to procedures or delays with customs clearance.
Registering for alerts takes just a couple of minutes. Choose from a number of options to ensure you only receive applicable alerts – such as gate, rail or vessel announcements – and choose between SMS message or email (see screenshot below). Customers can also choose to receive alerts from one or multiple terminals. Terminal Alerts are available for all of our fully controlled terminals.
Once registered for alerts, the same apmterminals.com account can be used to access other services, such as saving containers in Track & Trace to your own personal Watchlist or setting up daily email container notifications for your saved containers.
